In this role you will lead the purchasing function for a multinational machinery company, shaping sourcing strategies and supplier development. You'll align procurement with forecasts and new product development, driving cost-efficient, high-quality components. You'll manage a global supplier network and mentor the purchasing team, delivering value through negotiation and strategic oversight. This is a hands?on leadership role that combines strategic sourcing with team growth in a manufacturing context.

Lead and develop the purchasing team
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
Analyze product specifications to define sourcing strategies
Ensure procurement aligns with forecasts, service plans, and new product development




Develop suppliers to meet evolving standards and regulations
Manage global suppliers and support new projects
Build a vendor network delivering defect?free components at competitive prices
7-8 years of experience as Purchasing Coordinator in heavy manufacturing
Master's Degree in Management/Mechanical Engineering
Strong knowledge of Mechanical and Technical Design
Strong expertise in procurement and supplier management
Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent knowledge of English (written and verbal)
