Intuitive Surgical seeks a Marketing Assistant for a one-year temporary contract to support the Italian regional marketing team. The role involves managing promotional materials, budgets, demo room operations, event coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities
Create and manage approval of marketing promotional materials
Track and manage marketing budget allocation and spending
Coordinate demo room bookings and manage material orders
Organize event recruitment workflows and update Salesforce records
Monitor project deadlines and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
2+ years experience in corporate back-office or operational support role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
Excellent organizational abilities and multi-task management under deadlines
Proficiency in English, Excel, Microsoft 365, and Salesforce (SFDC)
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related field preferred
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with independent work capability
