Amplifon, the global leader in hearing care retail, is seeking a Country CRM Manager for the Italian market based in Milan with hybrid flexibility.
You will own CRM strategy, customer journeys and campaigns to boost engagement, conversion and lifetime value.
In this role you will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Digital and Data & Analytics teams, translate insights into measurable actions, and ensure adherence to global CRM guidelines while localizing for Italy.
Fluent English required.
