Overview

In this role you drive sales growth across Italy, building strong customer relationships and uncovering opportunities within aerospace or energy accounts. You will coordinate with regional operations and global sales, commercial, and legal teams to secure LTAs and contracts, ensuring alignment with customer and company expectations. You’ll work to meet regional targets while expanding our footprint in the Italian market. This is an opportunity to shape strategic customer partnerships and influence cross-functional sales execution.

Responsabilità

- Drive top-line growth across assigned accounts in Italy
- Generate and convert business opportunities; execute the sales strategy
- Collaborate with regional operations to maximize capacity utilization
- Coordinate with global sales, commercial, and legal teams to develop LTAs and contracts
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships across the Italian market
- Identify new business opportunities and support regional sales targets

Requisiti fondamentali

- 7–10 years of experience in a sales role
- Experience managing customers in aerospace or energy sectors
- Fluent English
