OverviewIn this role, you will establish and run a Personal Care application laboratory and drive innovative formulations using our supplier portfolio.
You will act as the technical bridge between customers, suppliers, partners, and our commercial teams across Europe, supporting growth through hands-on formulation, testing, and advisory services.
You'll work independently to build capabilities from the ground up while collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
This position offers direct impact on product development, customer success, and supplier engagement.

ResponsabilitàEstablish and operate the Personal Care application laboratory
Define lab needs, testing capabilities, and SOPs
Manage lab processes, formulations database, and documentation
Oversee raw materials, supplies, and test materials
Maintain laboratory safety standards and daily operations
Develop and optimize innovative Personal Care formulations
Prepare prototype formulations and performance demonstrations
Conduct stability, compatibility, and performance tests
Produce technical reports, guides, and recommendations




Serve as technical advisor to customers and commercial teams
Engage with suppliers and partners to drive opportunities
Support sales with technical expertise and demonstrations
Identify new application opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
3-5 years of relevant formulation/development or lab experience in Personal Care
Experience with skincare, haircare, sun care, toiletries or related segments (advantageous)
Strong understanding of formulation principles and ingredient functionality
Ability to independently design, test, troubleshoot, and optimize formulations
Knowledge of formulation evaluation techniques and lab best practices
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to engage with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams
Commercial awareness and ability to translate technical benefits into customer value
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
