Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Native Italian and fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken
Based in Italy, ideally Milan (or easy travel to Zurich, Switzerland)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
High level of autonomy, responsibility, and reliability
Confident working in Notion, Google Workspace, and digital collaboration tools
Bonus: understanding of hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands
