Overview

In this role you will manage and grow customer relationships in the aerospace sector while steering global business development in line with the company roadmap. You join an international team to deliver high-value solutions, supported by technical input from internal offices. You will translate market insights into tailored offerings, oversee the sales process from quote to launch, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a strategically important position for expanding the aerospace business and shaping technical solutions at scale.

Responsabilità

- Manage and grow relationships with aerospace customers
- Drive global business development aligned with company roadmaps
- Identify market needs and maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with Technical Office to define suitable product characteristics and provide robust support




- Contribute to development of technical solutions using market intelligence and competitive analysis
- Own the sales process end-to-end from quotation to launch
- Provide support in resolving technical problems for customers
- Prepare sales budgets and periodic reports
- Manage the CRM system

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Engineering or similar
- Minimum of 5 years’ sales experience in the aerospace industry
- Experience in building complex commercial relationships and identifying market needs while ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
- Background in electromechanical component-related technical roles
- CRM proficiency
- Financial proficiency
- Team player

- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel for job
