pJob Overview Our Maintenance Department is looking for a Technician to join the team.

/ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliGeneral Maintenance: Perform routine technical repairs and fault finding across guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
/liliTimely Execution: Carry out maintenance tasks and repairs in a timely and professional manner to ensure seamless daily operations.
/liliRoutine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems as directed by management.
/liliReporting , Follow-up: Report issues and follow up on work orders and maintenance requests through the appropriate channels.
/liliTroubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues efficiently.
/liliPreventive Maintenance: Support preventive maintenance programs and assist with maintaining HVAC, lighting, and water systems.
/liliEquipment Maintenance: Ensure all kitchen, laundry,
and operational appliances and machinery are maintained in full working order.
/liliSafety , Compliance: Assist in maintaining building safety systems according to hotel standards and regulations.
/liliWorkplace Safety: Maintain a safe working environment and strictly follow safety procedures to prevent accidents.

/ph3Skills and Qualifications /h3ulliExperience: Previous experience in a hotel, hospitality, or facilities maintenance role.
/liliTechnical Knowledge: Good working knowledge of general building maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
/liliProblem-Solving: Strong ability to diagnose and repair technical faults efficiently.
/liliCertifications: Electrical Licence A or relevant technical certification will be considered an asset.
