Revolution Medicines seeks a Director of Finance for its Italy affiliate to serve as senior financial leader and strategic partner to the Country Manager. The role manages finance operations, coordinates with European shared services, and provides financial leadership on planning, performance management, and business decision support.
Responsibilities
Serve as primary finance advisor to Country Manager and local leadership team
Lead annual budget preparation, forecasting, and three-year operating plan development
Coordinate month-end close and financial reporting between affiliate and regional teams
Monitor financial performance, KPIs, and risks; provide actionable recommendations
Partner with commercial, medical,



and market access functions on financial decision support
Requirements
Proven experience as a senior finance leader or finance director in pharmaceutical or life sciences
Strong understanding of European regulatory and statutory compliance requirements
Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
Demonstrated ability to partner with commercial and operational business functions
Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and P&L; management
Experience coordinating with shared service finance organizations
