Principal Financial Analyst position at Medtronic supporting the Cardiovascular portfolio's Aortic and Cardiac Surgery businesses across Western Europe. The role focuses on financial planning, analysis, and performance management to drive growth and profitability, working with finance and business leadership across multiple countries.
Responsibilities
Contribute to financial planning and analysis activities including operating plans, forecasts, and quarterly estimates
Analyze market dynamics, revenue, pricing, margins, and expenses; coordinate operational actions for growth
Develop financial models and identify go-to-market opportunities in partnership with business stakeholders




Support and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with Western Europe country and cluster leaders
Build insightful financial reports and dashboards using data science tools to communicate performance trends
Requirements
Master's degree in finance or economics
Minimum 5 years of relevant financial experience
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level preferred)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in OneStream, PowerBI, Excel, and Microsoft Office suite
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
