Overview

In this role you will bridge Service and Finance for the Italy organization, enabling data-driven decisions and continuous improvement. You will connect operational performance with financial planning under Service Europe guidance, driving profitability and efficiency. You’ll analyze profitability, KPIs, and forecasts, delivering insights to support budgeting and strategic actions. The position blends cross-functional collaboration with program management in a hybrid Milan-based setup, offering impact across Italy-led initiatives and global programs.

Responsabilità

- Provide Service Business Operations support across local units and Europe-wide processes
- Collaborate with Service partners to identify targets, develop insights, and plan change initiatives (KPIs like direct Field Service, Spare Parts usage, Revenue, Gross Margin)
- Ensure analyses consider multiple dimensions (quality and financial indicators) for informed make-or-buy decisions
- Monitor progress and capture lessons learned to improve performance
- Lead Italy-driven programs and ensure timely, on-budget delivery with quality




- Produce and act on insights to meet/overperform financial and operational KPIs and support Continuous Improvement
- Govern budget definition and weekly/monthly forecasts aligned with Service Europe guidance

Requisiti fondamentali

- Master's in Economics, Business Administration, or related field
- Approximately 4–6 years of relevant experience in Service Operations or similar environment
- Experience in financial analysis, business controlling, budgeting, and forecasting
- Strong understanding of P&L;, customer profitability, cost structures
- Experience analyzing operational data to identify performance improvements
- ERP system experience; SAP preferred, Oracle also relevant
- Strong data-analysis skills and ability to present insights clearly
- Excellent English communications for international collaboration
