Overview
In this role, you will lead complex Google Cloud engagements for global clients, guiding delivery from solution design to deployment. You will coordinate onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, and work directly with client stakeholders to shape solutions and deliver value. You'll bridge business priorities with technical execution while mentoring distributed teams. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on scalable, secure cloud delivery and transformation using Google Cloud capabilities.

Responsabilità
Lead onshore delivery for Google Cloud programs while coordinating with nearshore and offshore teams
Work directly with clients to understand priorities and shape solution approaches
Guide design decisions and support engineering teams in delivering scalable, secure solutions
Own scope, risks, dependencies,
and governance to ensure successful delivery
Mentor and coordinate cross-location teams to improve delivery speed and quality
Deliver across multiple Google Cloud solution areas (modernization, Data & AI, Workspace, security, etc.)
Requisiti fondamentali
10+ years in hands-on, client-facing technology roles (engineer, architect, consultant, or delivery lead)
5+ years architecting and delivering solutions on Google Cloud Platform
Proven experience leading technical delivery, including design, execution oversight, and go-live accountability
Experience leading distributed global teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models
Strong communication and presentation skills for engineering teams, clients, and executives
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
