Job Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding SESCO Steel s commercial presence across the European market The role focuses on identifying and securing new business opportunities managing key accounts developing strategic customer relationships and achieving sales targets across key sectors including industrial facilities data centers renewable energy infrastructure logistics manufacturing and oil gas The successful candidate will develop and execute sales strategies build strong relationships with EPC contractors engineering consultants developers construction companies and end users and position SESCO Steel as a preferred structural steel fabrication partner across Europe The role will also involve preparing sales forecasts managing the sales pipeline through Salesforce CRM negotiating commercial agreements and coordinating with internal technical estimation and project management teams to ensure successful business acquisition and customer satisfaction
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share in the European structural steel fabrication industry Identify pursue and secure new business opportunities across European countries and targeted industrial and construction sectors Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors engineering consultants developers construction companies and end users Manage key accounts negotiate contracts and develop long-term customer partnerships Monitor market trends competitor activities upcoming projects and investment opportunities across Europe Prepare sales forecasts track performance against targets and maintain an accurate sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM Coordinate with estimation engineering and project management teams to develop competitive commercial proposals and meet customer requirements Lead client meetings presentations and commercial negotiations Represent SESCO Steel at industry events trade fairs networking activities and business development opportunities across Europe Identify opportunities to improve customer retention increase revenue and strengthen the company s market position Develop and maintain a strong professional network within Europe s construction infrastructure industrial and structural steel sectors Travel across European markets as required to develop client relationships and secure new business
Required Experience
7–10 years of experience in B2B sales, with mandatory experience in steel fabrication. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and securing major commercial contracts. Experience working with EPC contractors, construction companies, industrial clients, or large-scale projects. An established professional network within one or more European markets is highly desirable. Experience managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a sales pipeline. Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar sales management systems. Proficiency in English is required. Additional European languages, such as German, French, Italian, or Spanish, are an advantage. Willingness and ability to travel across Europe as required.
Required Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. MBA or a relevant business qualification is preferred. xrdztoy
