ResponsabilitàEnd-to-End Onboarding Management: design and refine the onboarding journey for new joiners to ensure a welcoming, high-impact start
Internal Events & Team Building: plan and execute company-wide events, offsites, and team activities
Community & Wellbeing Initiatives: drive internal community management and welfare programs fostering inclusion
E-Learning & L&D; Tool Management: oversee learning platforms, track usage, manage provider relationships
Team Budget & Accounting Management: handle operational logistics, invoicing, budgeting, and reconciliation with Finance
Requisiti fondamentaliEvent Management Expertise with 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale events in hybrid/office settings
High Autonomy & Hands-On Execution: proactive, delivery-focused self-starter
Exceptional Organization & Project Management: detail-oriented and able to multitask
Creative & Community-Minded: generate engaging engagement and culture programs
Financial & Administrative Rigor: comfortable with vendor management, budgeting, and admin tasks
Communication & Facilitation Skills: fluent in Italian and English, strong stakeholder engagement
