In this role, you will manage and grow a portfolio of ExP member relationships, delivering tailored, high-impact advisory solutions. You will combine subject-matter expertise with Gartner resources to address CIO-level priorities and drive engagement and renewals. You will run a mix of on-site and virtual sessions, including workshops and events, to shape service plans and demonstrate value. You join a collaborative team at Gartner ETS, helping leaders navigate AI and technology trends with objective guidance.

Responsabilità
- Manage a portfolio of 28+ ExP member relationships
- Leverage subject-matter expertise to craft service solutions across ExP products
- Assess member Mission Critical Priorities (MCPs) and develop customized service plans
- Conduct on-site and virtual briefings, including workshops and webinars
- Present or facilitate at ExP events as appropriate
- Partner with Gartner Sales to drive member engagement and renewals
Requisiti fondamentali
- Consulting and/or CxO experience with 15+ years in technology roles
- Fluency in English, French & Dutch
- Industry background xlwpduy across diverse sectors including public sector, manufacturing, life sciences, etc.
- Experience with large end-to-end transformative initiatives
- Deep understanding of CIO priorities and IT industry trends
- Demonstrable sales and/or business development experience with CXO-level executives
- Strong relationship management
