Overview

In this role, you will lead global marketing and communications for the industrial drives portfolio, shaping positioning and launches across markets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive growth, optimize campaigns, and deliver measurable impact. You will craft customer-centric stories that differentiate ABB’s offerings and strengthen OEM partnerships. This is a high-impact role that blends strategy, execution, and storytelling to advance ABB Motion’s mission of leaner, cleaner solutions.

Responsabilità

- Develop and execute global marketing and communications plans aligned with business objectives
- Lead end-to-end global product launches and campaigns with measurable business impact
- Manage marketing budget, targets, and campaign performance analytics
- Create customer-centric storytelling to demonstrate value propositions and differentiation
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, R&D;, regional teams,



and external partners to gather market insights and strengthen go-to-market
- Support local teams in localizing industry campaigns

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields
- 5+ years in related roles, ideally in B2B product marketing
- Proven experience building and executing global marketing plans and integrated campaigns
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, AI, analytics, and content development
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder-management skills
- Innovative mindset, ownership, and continuous improvement
- Fluency in English and valid work authorization in hiring country
