Satispay is seeking a Lead Backend Engineer for the Consumer Growth team in Milan.

You will shape technical direction, own backend services, and drive architecture decisions across microservices and cloud infrastructure.

You will design and implement payment flows, identity, loyalty, and engagement services, mentor engineers, and collaborate with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions in a fast-paced FinTech environment.
