Overview

In this role you manage financial and lease-related activities for a client portfolio in Milan, ensuring lease compliance, accurate reporting, and timely payments. You will support Asset Managers with client reporting and perform performance analysis to inform decision-making. The position requires cross-functional coordination with Leasing, Technical, and legal teams, and offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and a performance-based rewards package. You will be part of a structured finance team within a leading real estate services firm, contributing to client financial operations at scale.

Responsabilità

- Lease management of contracts and branch rentals across Retail, Offices, and Logistics
- Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, regulations, and local laws; coordinate with Leasing, Technical, and external parties
- Handle delinquency, debt collection, and liaise with legal advisors




- Prepare reporting packages and support Asset Managers with client reporting; analyze asset and retail performance
- Manage full accounts receivable process; support collections and ensure timely tenant payments; coordinate tax and statutory payments related to leases
- Manage full accounts payable process; contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities

Requisiti fondamentali

- 4-6 years of experience in Real Estate or Property Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or similar
- English and Italian proficiency
- Strong analytical skills and solid accounting fundamentals
- Team-oriented with good organizational skills
- Knowledge of Yardi Voyager (a plus)
