As a regional leader, you drive technical excellence in wellbore construction and lower completions. You lead a team of senior and junior engineers across Europe, North Sea, and Caspian regions, guiding planning, client solutions, and performance analysis. Your role shapes project execution with cross-functional partners and ensures alignment with Baker Hughes standards. Responsabilità

- Lead and mentor a team of applications engineers and graduates, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Oversee technical planning, preparation, and validation of wellbore construction and lower completion activities to meet client objectives and standards
- Engage with clients to understand objectives and provide tailored technical solutions and support




- Analyze job performance and provide feedback for product/process improvements; perform offset analyses and engineering modelling to assess hazards and risks
- Collaborate with service delivery, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction

Requisiti fondamentali

- Minimum 10 years in wellbore construction and lower completion
- At least 5 years in an applications engineering management role
- Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Strong understanding of wellbore construction, lower completions, and related technologies
- Proficiency in product line specific modelling (e.g., hydraulics, torque and drag, tube movement)
- Proven leadership of cross-border engineering teams with strong communication skills
- Problem-solving ability for complex technical issues and solution development
- Client-focused experience with ability to understand and meet client needs
- Fluent English; Italian proficiency preferred
- Willingness to travel to customer facilities, meetings, and training
