Overview

In this role you connect Engineering, Operations and Production to translate new ideas into feasible in–plant solutions. You assess feasibility, shape the manufacturing approach, and coordinate tooling needs. You will interpret technical drawings and 3D models to define the best production path and support shop floor readiness. This position sits at the heart of cross‑functional collaboration to ensure smooth implementation of innovations in a fast‑paced industrial environment. You will contribute to Bosch Rexroth’s shift toward intelligent, connected hydraulics, delivering tangible impact on production performance.

Responsabilità

- Feasibility & Engineering Support: assess proposed engineering solutions for production feasibility
- Technical Drawing & 3D Model Interpretation: read drawings/models to determine manufacturability
- Tooling Management: coordinate tooling requests with suppliers and track delivery
- Production & Shop Floor Support: collaborate with production and validate processes and setups




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with Manufacturing Engineering, Engineering, Purchasing, Tooling and Production

Requisiti fondamentali

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
- Fluent in English and Italian
- CAD/CAM Proficiency: read/interpret drawings and 3D models; experience with CAD like PTC Creo and SolidWorks is a plus
- Machining & Process Expertise: understanding of machining processes and production methods
- Materials & Cutting Technology: knowledge of industrial materials and tooling choices
- Interpersonal and communication skills; ability to plan and monitor delivery schedules
