As Lead Data & Analytics Consultant in Milan, you will drive strategic analytics for key clients in Southern Europe, evolving data maturity and expanding the Marketing Intelligence portfolio. You will partner with client teams and Incubeta experts to shape high-impact data strategies and AI-enabled initiatives. Your work translates data outcomes into business value, guiding long-term decisions and investments. This role blends leadership, strategic vision, and hands-on delivery to keep clients competitive.

Responsabilità
- Own the long-term strategic roadmap for your portfolio and drive expansion of Marketing Intelligence services
- Act as the primary advisor and strategic partner for key decision makers
- Define and oversee the delivery strategy for all projects in your portfolio, ensuring technical excellence
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) for MI clients and translate data outcomes into business value
- Facilitate high-impact workshops (Discovery, Ideation, Roadmapping)
to align stakeholders on data and AI visions
- Manage and mentor consultants assigned to your accounts to ensure growth and quality
- Direct high-complexity initiatives with a focus on Agentic AI implementation and stakeholder navigation
- Address high-level roadblocks in digital activity management and ensure scalable data architectures
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5-7 years in digital analytics or strategic consulting with a proven client portfolio track record
- Experience managing consultants or cross-functional teams in a project environment
- Proficiency in Google Marketing Platform (GA4, GTM, SA360) and Google Cloud (BigQuery) and integration into Marketing Intelligence
- Expert level in business analysis frameworks and translating KPIs into P&L; impact
- Understanding of Southern European/Italian advertising landscape, privacy-centric data
- Fluent in Italian and English; additional European languages are a plus
- Advanced certifications or equivalent experience in managing complex data projects
