We’re looking for a Customer Service Officer to support key customers across the Adriatic region. You'll combine customer relationship management, account analysis, and problem-solving to drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

What you’ll do

-

- Manage customer inquiries, account issues, and service requests

- Perform account analysis and identify improvement opportunities

- Lead reconciliations, audits, reporting, and payment-related activities

- Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Customer Service teams





- Support customer onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives

- Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for your customers

What we’re looking for

-

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related field

- 1-3 years' experience in a customer-facing role

- Strong analytical skills and xbvzest KPI-driven mindset

- Experience with SAP, Salesforce, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools

- Fluent Serbian, Italian and English
