As Genesis Marketing & PR Leader, you will drive the Italian market launch by building brand awareness and shaping communications. You will lead strategic and operational marketing, coordinating with internal teams and agencies. You will plan integrated campaigns across digital, events, PR, and media to grow brand engagement. You will monitor performance and market trends to inform leadership. This is a high-visibility role in a dynamic, international automotive environment that shapes how Genesis enters Italy.

Responsabilità
- Support the go-to-market strategy for the Italian market
- Ensure brand identity, tone of voice and positioning are consistent across touchpoints
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and agencies on launch campaigns, events and promotions
- Align communication strategies with Corporate functions and international teams
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, events, print and PR)
- Build and maintain relationships with automotive media,
lifestyle press and industry stakeholders
- Develop and distribute press releases, media kits, product information, website content, newsletters and social media posts
- Manage media enquiries, interviews and spokesperson opportunities; organize press events and product launches
- Monitor campaign performance, media coverage, brand reputation, industry trends; provide insights to management
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor or Master in Marketing, Communications or Business
- 3–5 years in marketing, PR or brand communications, preferably in automotive, mobility or lifestyle
- Proven experience in brand/product launches
- Deep understanding of automotive and mobility trends
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms and CRM systems
- Content creation and strong storytelling skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to handle multiple priorities
- Creativity, flexibility, results orientation and a hands-on attitude
- Excellent written and spoken English and Italian
