responsibilities:
* Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities
* Further build up the LEMKEN brand in the area and extend the business
* Implementation of sales programs andmonitoring of dealer stock
* Actively organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
* Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
* Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
* Recognize market and innovation trends and work together closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D; at the headquarters in Germany Your skills and

qualifications:
* Experience in a Sales,



Service or Product Management position in agricultural equipment
* Interest and knowledge of farming, agricultural machinery and dealer relations for the sales of agricultural machines in the sales area
* Good technical understanding as well as high level of communication and intercultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a growing team
* Experienced with Social-Media-Tools, MS Office and comfortable with new technology
* Ready to travel frequently and upon seasonal needs
