Overview
As Partner Sales Director for Italy, you drive the growth of Snowflake’s partner ecosystem by shaping GTM with GSIs and RSIs. You will enable partners to generate new customers and usage, expand into new service lines and verticals, and manage stakeholder relationships up to the C-level. You help accelerate Snowflake’s data and AI transformation through a vibrant partner community. This role combines strategy, executive selling, and cross-functional collaboration to scale profitable partnerships.
Responsabilità Manage a portfolio of Global and Regional System Integrators to hit partnership goals like new customers and consumption
Support partners in go-to-market activities, including business planning, pipeline development, and enablement across GTM options
Drive successful execution of the business plan through cross-functional partner relationships
Collaborate with partners to expand into new service lines and industry verticals
Build and maintain relationships with senior partner stakeholders (MD level and above)
Organize and run partner community events
Pitch Snowflake partnership value to stakeholders up to C-level
Align stakeholders on joint
