Project Coordinator

In this role, you will coordinate project orders, export and shipping activities, documentation, payments and customer-related processes across international markets.
You will work closely to customers and internal teams to ensure projects are handled accurately, efficiently and in compliance with contractual and international trade requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Processing and administration of project orders (from order receipt through final delivery)
Project registration in accordance with specified company guidelines
Customer support across various markets (Middle East, Europe, Africa, Asia and America)
Creating order confirmations, advance
