Overview
In this role, you will shape the investment data model across domains to support accurate reporting and risk analytics. You will work within the Investment Reporting and Data team to ensure consistent data definitions and scalable data structures for instruments, portfolios, positions, pricing and performance. You’ll translate complex investment processes into robust models and collaborate with IT, data and investment teams to drive data transformation programs. You will lead workshops with senior stakeholders and establish modelling standards that underpin reliable decision-making. This is an opportunity to influence data governance and enable data-driven insights across the investment arm.
Responsabilità Design and evolve the investment data model across all domains
Define data structures for instruments, portfolios, positions, pricing and performance
Drive consistency of data definitions across reporting, risk and accounting
Translate complex investment processes into scalable data models
Support strategic data transformation programs
Act as bridge between investment Office, IT and Data teams
Define modelling standards and best practices
Lead workshops with senior stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentali Master's degree in a quantitative field
At least 5 years of experience in investment data domains in financial institutions
Understanding of financial instruments and referential data
Strong knowledge of investments concepts: portfolios, positions, transactions, main risk measures
Deep knowledge of data modelling on investment data
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; strong SQL; knowledge of BI models
Experience with programming language (e.g., SAS, Python, R) is a plus
Fluent in English; additional languages a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proactive and problem-solving mindset
Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
