Overview
In this role you translate commercial agreements into ready-to-activate media plans and ensure timely, accurate campaign setup. You work closely with internal teams and external partners to align timelines and assets, enabling smooth handovers to Activation. You contribute to Retail Media initiatives with an emphasis on precision, collaboration, and operational excellence. This position offers impact by shaping how campaigns connect commercial aims with execution at scale.

Responsabilità Translate commercial agreements into structured media plans for campaign activation
Define campaign structures, formats, and product selections aligned with objectives
Coordinate setup with internal teams and external partners, managing timelines and deliverables
Manage asset requests and creative briefs to ensure on-time, complete materials
Prepare campaigns for handover to Activation teams for execution




Monitor timelines, dependencies, and milestones to ensure on-plan delivery
Coordinate promotional activities with stakeholders to align with broader initiatives
Maintain documentation and planning data for transparency and tracking
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
2–4 years in digital advertising, campaign management, media planning, or similar role
Strong understanding of retail media and campaign planning processes
Ability to translate commercial input into structured media plans and setups
Strong coordination and project management with multiple timelines and stakeholders
High attention to detail in planning data, structures, and assets
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
