Overview
In this role you will conduct on-site supplier audits within your geographic area to verify conformity with LVMH and Louis Vuitton quality, regulatory, and social standards. You will lead quality interventions for finished products and processes, collaborate with Compliance, Quality, Industrialization and MALV HQ Logistics teams, and drive corrective actions to protect delivery quality. The position combines field oversight with documentation and reporting to sustain rigorous quality control, particularly for permanent lines.
Responsabilità Perform quality controls on finished products and processes to verify standards and Maison requirements
Conduct announced and unannounced on-site supplier visits to verify conformity with industrial, social, and compliance standards via checklists and audits
Analyze defects, objectify field data, and drive action plans to secure deliveries and improve quality
Escalate non-conformities and monitor corrective actions with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintain surveillance of product regulatory requirements (size, engraving, marking, material composition) and conduct targeted attribute checks

Formalize interventions with precise reports including photos and criticality levels
Share alerts with internal stakeholders within deadlines
Requisiti fondamentali University degree in Engineering or Economics or extensive experience in industrial operations
+8 years of experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of textile or metal manufacturing environments
Proficiency in Italian and English; French is desirable
Daily travel for on-site visits; weekly presence in Milan to coordinate with poles and teams
Ability to conduct field controls with rigor and to communicate findings clearly
Strong analytical and negotiation skills; capacity to train and support suppliers on compliance and quality topics
