Overview
In this role you drive profitable OEM growth across Modena, Parma, Reggio Emilia and Bologna by delivering tailored solutions through consultative selling. You will lead complex sales cycles, coordinate cross-functional teams, and articulate the value of Eaton’s portfolio for efficiency and sustainability. You will promote Eaton’s digital ecosystem to enhance the customer experience and build long-term partnerships. You’ll identify new growth within key accounts and prospects, shape go-to-market efforts, and support channel partners to scale the business.
