Associate Clinical Operations Manager At IQVIA, our Associate Clinical Operations Manager play a critical role in accelerating clinical trial start-up by leading the negotiation, preparation and execution of site agreements and associated legal documents. Working within a sponsor-dedicated environment,

you will partner with investigative sites, sponsors, legal teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contracts are negotiated efficiently while maintaining compliance with sponsor requirements and local regulations. As a key contributor to study start-up timelines, you will leverage your negotiation expertise to resolve contractual issues, mitigate risks and drive timely site activation.
