Value Retail’s Fidenza Village seeks a Facilities Coordinator to coordinate across Real Estate, Facilities and Retail Development. You’ll manage maintenance requests, asset records, and documentation, while supporting openings, refits, and compliance work.
Reporting to the Senior Facilities Manager, you’ll liaise with brands, contractors and authorities to keep services running smoothly. The role is permanent, full-time, based in Fidenza.
