Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end Windchill PLM solution architecture for large-scale transformation programs, aligning roadmaps with business objectives. You collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams to design scalable, governance-driven PLM solutions and oversee data models, workflows, and integrations. You’ll guide data migration, cloud transformation, and pre-sales activities while mentoring peers to uphold enterprise standards. Responsabilità Lead Windchill PLM solution architecture and implementation programs
Define PLM roadmaps and transformation strategies aligned with business objectives
Gather and analyze business requirements from engineering, manufacturing, quality, and service teams
Design scalable and secure Windchill solution architectures
Define data models, product structures, workflows, lifecycle states, and governance processes
Lead solution design for PDM,

Change Management, Configuration Management, Document Management, BOM Management, Manufacturing Process Management
Architect Windchill integrations with ERP, MES, CAD, ALM, and CRM platforms
Provide guidance on data migration, system upgrades, and cloud transformation initiatives
Lead technical and functional workshops with business stakeholders
Establish PLM governance, standards, and best practices
Review technical designs and ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards
Support pre-sales activities, solution estimations, and proposal development
Mentor solution architects, technical leads
Requisiti fondamentali 16-18 years of experience in PLM, enterprise solution architecture, and large-scale digital transformation programs
Deep expertise in PTC Windchill
Experience leading end-to-end Windchill programs
Leadership and mentoring
Stakeholder facilitation and workshop leadership
Clear communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
