Overview
In this role you drive strategic partnerships with leading Electronics brands on TikTok Shop across France and the EU. You will acquire major accounts and then grow them through cross-border expansion, creator-driven campaigns, and tailored commercial plans. You operate as a senior commercial owner, leading end-to-end deals and ongoing account growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of commerce, content, and multi-market activation.
Responsabilità
- Own the acquisition pipeline for priority Electronics brands in IT and selected EU markets, identifying and signing strategic accounts
- Lead end-to-end commercial closings from initial outreach to onboarding and 90-day activation
- Engage C-suite and senior stakeholders and position TikTok Shop as a strategic channel
- Navigate multi-market organizations and align local, regional, and EU teams around a partnership vision
- Create tailored acquisition pitches with category analysis, opportunity sizing, and business cases
- Collaborate cross-functionally with category, campaigns, creator, operations, and policy teams to accelerate time-to-first-sale
- Drive participation in major commercial moments (product launches, campaigns, seasonal events) for new accounts
- Own ongoing account growth for acquired partners, ensuring sustained GMV growth and seller health
- Lead intra-EU scaling and rollout plans to launch in additional EU countries
- Build repeatable growth playbooks to deploy wins across categories and markets
- Surface insights on friction, policy, and trends to inform strategy and product decisions
- Lead ongoing partner participation in campaigns and launches to maximize impact across EU markets
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5+ years in Operations, Account Management, or similar field
- Proven track record closing enterprise-level deals or signing major brand partnerships
- Experience engaging senior stakeholders across complex organizations
- Strong commercial acumen with data-driven decision making
- Understanding of social commerce, content-led commerce, creator ecosystems, livestreaming, and short-video formats
- Fluency in Italian for collaboration with Italian stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and matrixed environments
