Lexroom is seeking a Customer Success/Account Manager to own the Spanish portfolio from onboarding through renewal.

You will proactively call customers to uncover opportunities, upsell, and ensure retention.

You’ll be the main contact for Spanish clients, guiding product usage and gathering feedback for Product and Marketing. xysqume

The role requires 1–3 years in CS/AM, a commercial mindset, CRM fluency (HubSpot good to have), and fluency in Spanish and English, with Italian as a plus.
