We are seeking an organised and efficient Clerk to join our team at Constance Moofushi, Maldives. In this permanent position, you will provide essential administrative support to our operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of our office. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organisational abilities, professional conduct, and a supportive approach to working with colleagues and guests alike.
- Manage and maintain accurate filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring all records are properly organised and easily retrievable
- Perform data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail,
maintaining data integrity and confidentiality
• Prepare and process administrative documentation, including correspondence, reports, and forms
• Provide reception and administrative support, greeting visitors and directing enquiries appropriately
• Assist with scheduling, booking management, and coordination of meetings and events
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required
• Support the administrative team with general clerical duties and ad hoc projects
• Communicate effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders via telephone, email, and in person
