FUNCTIONS AND TASKSActively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities with MEP consultants, engineering firms, architects, developers, contractors, and other key project stakeholders.
Identify and develop strategic projects from an early stage , positioning Airzone solutions and securing their specification in residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, engineers, architects, developers, contractors, and other key decision-makers and project influencers.
Provide technical-commercial advice and recommend the most appropriate Airzone solutions according to project requirements.
Deliver technical presentations, solution proposals, and training sessions to consultants, engineering firms, developers, contractors, and strategic partners.
Own and actively manage the regional specification and project pipeline , ensuring systematic follow-up of opportunities and accurate CRM management.
Monitor specified projects throughout their development and drive their progression from specification to commercial conversion .
Facilitate the transition of specified projects to the Professional Channel, working closely with wholesalers, distributors, installers, and the HVAC Sales Account Manager to maximise conversion.
Collaborate with the other Sales Account Managers of the reg to identify and develop smart-building and integration opportunities within strategic projects.
Coordinate with Airzone's technical, product, commercial, and OEM teams to support project requirements and strategic opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and emerging project opportunities , providing actionable feedback to the organisation.
Support regional marketing activities, technical seminars, trade fairs, exhibitions, and customer events to generate awareness, relationships, and new business opportunities.
Prepare regular commercial reports covering customer activity, project pipeline, specifications secured, opportunities generated, conversion, and market development. xlwpduy Achieve Germany's sales and market-development objectives , working closely with the other region's Sales Account Managers and representing Airzone professionally in the market..
