Your mission
As our Senior Key Account Manager - End User Development in Italy, you will develop and manage strategic relationships with major industrial end users across the country. You will leverage your established network within the Italian industrial market to introduce Hikrobot's Machine Vision, Mobile Robot and AGV/AMR solutions, identify new business opportunities at an early stage, and develop long-term strategic accounts.

Your mission
As our Senior Key Account Manager - End User Development in Italy, you will develop and manage strategic relationships with major industrial end users across the country. You will leverage your established network within the Italian industrial market to introduce Hikrobot's Machine Vision, Mobile Robot and AGV/AMR solutions, identify new business opportunities at an early stage, and develop long-term strategic accounts. This role focuses on direct end-user development rather than conventional territory or channel sales. You will work closely with key decision-makers and stakeholders across operations, engineering, automation, logistics, supply chain and procurement to expand Hikrobot's presence within strategic customer organizations.
Your profile
- Native-level proficiency in Italian and professional working proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Strategic Sales, Business Development, or End-User Development within industrial markets.
- Strong, established relationships with industrial end users and direct access to key decision-makers and influencers in Italy.
- Proven track record of developing strategic accounts and generating business opportunities through an existing professional network.
- Experience introducing automation technologies, industrial solutions, or new brands into major customer organizations.
- Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles, complex project-based selling, and strategic account development.
- Ability to engage both senior management and technical stakeholders.
- Strong commercial, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in a home-office environment and willingness to travel frequently across Italy.
- Experience in Machine Vision, AGV/AMR, robotics, warehouse automation, intralogistics, smart manufacturing, or industrial automation is highly preferred.
