OverviewIn this role, you lead the construction and industrial services scope, coordinating a cross-functional team from project brief to sustained performance. You oversee capital investments for fixed assets, including asset relocations or acquisitions, and ensure start-up of industrial services for optimal utilities distribution. You drive compliance with safety and hygienic standards, and manage building extensions or modifications in line with regulations. You work with external partners to deliver projects on time and within budget, from concept through closeout.

Organize project execution and manage budgetManage third parties (general contractor, system integrator) per regulations and standardsOversee project documentation and digitalization per group standardIssue and integrate URS with TAP/Utility & Corporate functionsCoordinate tendering and work allocation for third-party contractorsAchieve FAT, SAT,



commissioning and close-out of snag listControl environmental communications with local authoritiesEnsure alignment between progress reports and execution, and validate deviations and change orders

Requisiti fondamentali

10+ years of experience in complex construction sites with industrial services in manufacturing environmentsExperience managing projects across entire lifecycle (definition, budgeting, implementation) in international settingsPMI certificationHealth, Safety & Environment knowledge and capability to minimize injuries or damagesCapital investment project management skillsBackground in Civil engineering or equivalentFluency in Italian and EnglishLeadership of cross-functional teamsStrong communication and stakeholder managementRisk assessment and problem-solvingPMI-certified project managementCapital investment project managementCivil engineering background
