You act as a key link between department heads, executives, and project teams to foster collaboration across functions. You’ll manage end-to-end project lifecycles, mitigate risks, and report progress to stakeholders. Responsabilità

Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closureDevelop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, and resourcesImplement and monitor project management methods and best practicesIdentify and mitigate project risks to avoid roadblocksMaintain clear,



ongoing communication with stakeholders through status reportingCoordinate internal resources and external vendors for project deliveryDevelop and manage detailed budgets and track expendituresMeasure project performance using appropriate toolsInspire and lead project teams to achieve ambitious goalsEnsure projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget

Requisiti fondamentali

2-4 years in strategic or management consulting in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical mindset with ability to break down complex problemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills for all stakeholder levelsFluency in English; additional languages are a plusProactive leadership orientation and teamworkFamiliarity with key project management methodologies and applying them in a structured, international settingstakeholder managementcommunicationleadershipproject management methodologiesrisk analysis and mitigationbudgeting and financial tracking
