Responsabilità

Define and execute the Factory Manufacturing Excellence roadmap aligned with global strategyOwn and manage the factory improvement portfolio across SQDCP with governance and benefits trackingLead continuous improvement using Lean concepts and Vestas Production SystemUse data analytics and digital tools to identify gaps, prioritise initiatives,



and measure impactEstablish and maintain Lean standards across operationsAct as change leader to promote continuous improvement and best practicesDefine and implement the factory training and capability-building roadmap linked to global training strategiesCoach and develop the Manufacturing Excellence team and frontline leaders to embed improvement across operations

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related field5+ years in manufacturing operations or continuous improvementLean Six Sigma Black Belt preferred; Green Belt with proven results consideredLean / Continuous Improvement Coach certification (internal or external)Fluent in English and ItalianProficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)leadershipcommunicationcollaborationLean ManufacturingLean Six Sigmadata analytics
