Responsabilità

Contribute to develop and execute long-term strategies for the assigned commodity and monitor procurement KPIsIntegrate commodity strategies into product leadership, sales, engineering, and manufacturing objectivesDrive supplier selection, development,



and supplier management with cross-functional supportLead negotiations and develop strategies to achieve cost and performance goals for single PO and strategic partnershipsNegotiate and issue purchase orders to balance cost, quality, and scheduleDevelop procurement initiatives for cost reduction programs, deflation, cycle time reduction, rebates and favorable payment termsLeverage S&OP; data to optimize supplier capacity against business goals

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics with procurement or commodity management experienceEntry-level procurement experience is a plusFluent in English and Italian (written and spoken)Excellent communication and influencing skillsAnalytical mindset with problem-solving abilityStrong oral and written communication abilitiesAbility to document, plan, market, and execute programsWillingness to travelExcellent communication and influencing skillsAnalytical mindsetStrong written and oral communicationProcurementCommodity managementNegotiation
