OverviewIn this role, you will support the Group Finance team at Campari Group’s Milan headquarters by strengthening IFRS consolidation and CSRD reporting. You will work closely with global Finance teams to ensure accurate disclosures and robust internal controls, and you will help automate and improve reporting processes. The position involves coordinating with FP&A;, Corporate Finance, Investor Relations, and external auditors to deliver high-quality external disclosures. This is an opportunity to shape financial reporting for a leading global spirits company and influence sustainability disclosures.

Responsabilità

Prepare IFRS annual and interim reports, including Management report, Consolidated financial statements, and related governance and sustainability statementsAssist closing of consolidated accounts and management commentary for performance metricsSupport internal control framework design, documentation, assessment, and monitoring over data consolidation and reportingManage consolidation processes and IT systems (BPC, SAP Group Reporting, Workiva) and liaise with external auditorsCoordinate integration of new acquisitions (PPA adjustments) and support system-related projects (S/4, Group Reporting rollout,



Workiva)Analyze business drivers and provide messaging for external disclosures in collaboration with FP&A;, Corporate Finance and Investor RelationsContribute to CSRD sustainability reporting and ensure timely, accurate disclosures in partnership with Corporate SustainabilityDevelop and promote improvements to consolidation and reporting processes and provide internal training on IT tools

Requisiti fondamentali

Around 5+ years of Big 4 audit experience with IFRS and CSRD exposureFinance experience in industrial multinational corporations, including Shared Service Center, Consolidation or FP&AProven; ability to prepare disclosure notes for separate and consolidated financial statements and management commentsStrong knowledge of IFRS and CSRD requirementsEducation in Economics or Business Administration with a Finance focusFluency in English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish) appreciatedProficient in MS Office; SAP/S4 and BPC/Group Reporting knowledge; Workiva is a plusExperience in a matrix organization and in cross-functional collaborationAbility to work under tight deadlines, manage priorities, and coordinate stakeholdersStrong communication and persuasion skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to interpret business trendsStructured and pragmatic problem-solverSAP/S4BPC/Group ReportingWorkiva
