Responsabilità
Prospect and engage hotels and hotel groups in the assigned territory, identifying decision-makers (GM, Revenue Manager, etc.)Present and tailor D-EDGE’s solutions (Booking Engine, Channel Manager, Analytics tools) to client needsBuild and manage a high-value client portfolio through strong relationshipsLead the full sales cycle from pitch to negotiation and closing,
meeting or exceeding targetsCollaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure client satisfaction and retentionAct as the voice of clients to senior teams and help improve offeringsRepresent D-EDGE at industry trade shows and events in Austria to boost brand visibility and generate leads
Requisiti fondamentali
Proven hospitality industry experience with expertise in revenue management, distribution, or digital marketing5+ years of B2B sales experienceSolid understanding of hotel distribution landscape (OTAs, CRS, Channel Managers, etc.)Self-driven, results-oriented, and strong relationship builder100% fluent in Italian and EnglishBased in Venice or surrounding area; willingness to visit clients regularlySelf-motivated and results-orientedRelationship buildingCross-functional collaborationRevenue managementHotel distribution knowledgeDigital marketing familiarity
