ADDETTO ALLE RISORSE UMANE da inserire attraverso un percorso di STAGE CURRICULARE.
La risorsa si dovrà occupare delle seguenti attività:
• Stesura e pubblicazione degli annunci
• Screening dei curricula
• Phone interview
• Colloqui con i candidati
• Supporto in processi di selezione strutturati
• Presentazione dei candidati colloquiati ai clienti
Requisiti richiesti:
• Iscrizione ad un corso di laurea in discipline umanistiche/economiche (con possibilità di attivare lo stage curriculare)
• Passione e interesse per il mondo HR;
• Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e dei social network
Completano il profilo: buone doti organizzative, flessibilità, capacità di lavorare in team e rispettare le scadenze, forte orientamento al risultato e al cliente.
