Overview In this role you will work on client engagements as a consultant in the Operations Excellence Program, helping companies improve operations with rigorous problem solving. You'll receive on-the-job coaching complemented by a structured capability-building curriculum, accelerating your development as an operational expert. You'll rotate across Industrie-facing projects in Europe and contribute to lean manufacturing and operations excellence initiatives. The role blends strategic thinking with practical execution, within a global, diverse, and high-performance culture.
