ppInternational pharmaceutical company with operations across multiple regions, based in Malta. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements /li liMonitor and assess internal processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations /li liConduct periodic audits and identify potential compliance risks /li liDesign and oversee an effective internal control framework /li liSupport management through compliance reporting and analysis /li liManage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities /li liDefine action plans following audits or compliance findings /li liPromote a strong compliance culture through internal training and awareness initiatives /li liSupport business functions on regulatory and compliance-related matters /li liPerform risk assessment activities across business processes /liliCollaborate with internal stakeholders (Finance, HR, etc.)



on compliance topics /li liSupport the management of potential compliance issues or violations /li /ul h3Competenze ed esperienza /h3 ul li6-10 years of experience in compliance and risk management /li liBackground in structured and preferably international environments /li liStrong expertise in risk assessment and internal control systems /li liExcellent analytical and process management skills /li liFluent English (the recruitment process will involve international stakeholders) /li liBased in Malta or willing to relocate /li /ul pThe role does not include people management. /p pOccasional travel across Mediterranean subsidiaries is required. /p h3What
