Overview In this role you will be ABB's technical design authority and primary customer liaison for quality on Critical Power projects. You'll guide engineering deliverables, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive timely resolution of quality issues. You'll balance technical scrutiny with commercial engagement to ensure project success. This position suits a hands-on engineer who helps scale ABB's energy solutions while upholding safety and quality standards. and as-built documentation compliance Identify and resolve technical challenges while communicating gaps and market needs to commercial and product management Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, testing, commissioning, service, supply chain, sales, and product management to ensure project success Manage multiple concurrent projects including work plans, cost estimates, RFQs, supplier evaluations, meetings, contract variations, and timely delivery of outputs Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years' experience or Master's degree with 5+ years' experience in electrical distribution or power systems fluent in English Proficiency in MS Office and MS Teams; ability to leverage AI tools in job functions Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision Capability to establish and nurture partnerships with ABB Product management, engineering, and service Cross-functional collaboration Customer-facing mindset Electrical distribution or power systems knowledge Design verification and peer review processes On-site technical support and issue resolution
