Customer Support Specialist Company: Boeing Distribution Services S.R.L. Boeing Global Services, Consumables & Expendables (C&E) Distribution Business is looking for a Customer Support Specialist for our office in Lonate Pozzolo (near Milano), Italy. In this exciting role, you will coordinate customer inquiries and ensure timely delivery of spare parts and chemicals by working closely with suppliers, customers and a variety of internal departments. Your responsibilities include tracking orders, managing delivery requirements, and resolving any issues to support smooth and efficient service.Prima di candidarsi per questo ruolo, la preghiamo di leggere le seguenti informazioni su questa possibilità, riportate di seguito.Position ResponsibilitiesInternal customer support for the sale of consumables (i. e. small hardware, electronics, lighting and chemicals) for the aviation industry for both OEM and MRO usageLooking after an international customer base from order receipt to payment and ensuring that the agreed services are fulfilledThe responsibility for order processing and administration, including regular deadline monitoring in daily coordination with materials management and shipping departments to ensure on-time deliveriesRegular communication with your customers about the status of their orders and coordinate any changesMonitoring returns and processing complaints together with internal teams like Quality Assurance and ProcurementBeing the first point of contact for any escalations or claims made by the customer, making sure to include the appropriate stakeholders and resolving any issue efficientlyBasic Qualifications2+ years of relevant professional experience in customer service in the aviation and/or wholesale sectorPrior experience within after sales or order resolution in a customer facing roleFluent Italian to communicate effectively with external customers and internal teamsIntermediate English skills to navigate our systems more easilyPreferred QualificationsProficiency in working with common ERP and CRM tools.
