ph3Job Overview /h3 pWe are currently seeking an Italian-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a professional customer service team. This is an on-site position located in Piraeus, Athens, Greece, where you will assist customers with shipment-related inquiries, delivery updates, and billing questions. /p pIn this role, you will provide efficient and customer-focused support while ensuring that all inquiries are handled professionally and in line with service standards. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and back-office channels. /li liSupport customers with billing inquiries and payment-related concerns. /li liProcess claims and service requests according to established procedures.



/li liAssist customers with account setup and system-related questions. /li liEscalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary. /li liMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and case details. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liNative or C1 level proficiency in Italian. /li liB2 level proficiency in English. /li liStrong communication and customer service skills. /li liGood computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems. /li liTyping speed of at least 25 words per minute with good accuracy. /li liPrevious experience in customer service is an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
